This privacy policy of Secure Forward, LLC ("Secure Forward," "we," or "us") describes the practices and procedures by which we collect, use, and disclose information we received from visitors to our website and registered users of our service. This policy applies only to information collected on or by the Secure Forward website and service and not to other information Secure Forward may collect from you through other ways, whether online or offline. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Secure Forward Terms of Service.
Secure Forward provides a service (the "Service") enabling users to visualize and control a device (the "Device") they have purchased from Secure Forward either through the secureforward.io web site or other sites (collectively, the "Sites") or one of the Secure Forward software applications or plug-ins available for download from the Sites or 3rd party app store (the "Software").
The Service and the Sites are operated by Secure Forward, LLC. Secure Forward collects information from our online visitors and the use of its Service on a voluntary basis.
When you register with us through the Sites or order certain services from us we will ask you for personally identifiable information. This refers to information about you that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Information"). Personal Information includes, but is not limited to, your name, phone number, credit card or other billing information, e-mail address, home and business postal addresses.

We use cookies for two purposes. First, we utilize persistent cookies to save your user ID for future access to the Sites. Second, we utilize session cookies to enable access to certain features of the Sites and to monitor aggregate usage by Secure Forward Users and general web traffic on the Sites. We link the information we store in cookies to the Personal Information you submit to us while you are on the Sites. Unlike persistent cookies, session cookies are deleted from your computer when you close your browser. You can instruct your browser, by changing its options, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the web sites you visit. We use log information to monitor and analyze use of the Sites and the Service and for the Sites' technical administration, to improve our Sites' functionality and user-friendliness, and to better tailor it to our visitors' needs.
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf and to perform Site-related services ("Service Providers"). The types of Service Providers we use include, without limitation, service providers that provide the following types of services: phone authentication, credit card transactions, accounting, customer relationship management, webcasting, web site maintenance, database management, web analytics, and web and live chat hosting. Secure Forward reserves the right to provide information which it believes is necessary to protect the property and rights of Secure Forward or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we consider to be illegal or unethical.
Secure Forward may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of its assets, including your Personal Information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, or in the event of bankruptcy.
The Service is not for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we have reason to believe that a child under 13 has provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete such information from our systems, except to the extent that such information is stored by a third party service provider in connection with Secure Forward's evidence preservation obligations.
Secure Forward takes safeguarding your information very seriously. We employ generally-accepted, industry-standard administrative and electronic measures designed to protect the Personal Information submitted to us from unauthorized access, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic data storage is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We will make any legally required disclosures of any breach of the security, confidentiality, or integrity of your unencrypted electronically stored "personal data" (as defined in applicable laws related to security breach notification) to you via e-mail or conspicuous posting on this Site as required by law and without unreasonable delay, except where any delay in notification because of (i) the legitimate needs of law enforcement or (ii) any measures necessary to determine the scope of the breach and restore the reasonable integrity of the data system.
Secure Forward uses a third party hosting company, Amazon Web Services, LLC (AWS), to host the software applications that provide the Service and the Sites. Like Secure Forward, AWS takes safeguarding user information very seriously. AWS uses appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the privacy of user information for the Service. Registered Users of the service can access, correct, or update the information about them stored by Secure Forward. They can make changes to the stored information by accessing their profile page using the Service and correcting or updating the information stored there.
Registered Users may request by e-mail to info@secureforward.io, opt out of receiving all communications from Secure Forward, except for critical communications about the use of the Service.
Identity theft and the practice currently known as "phishing" are of great concern to Secure Forward. Safeguarding information to help protect you from identity theft is a top priority. We do not and will not, at any time, request your credit card information, your registration ID or passcode, your user ID or key password, or national identification numbers in a non-secure or unsolicited e-mail or telephone communication. By using the Secure Forward Sites and/or its Service, you assent to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service (the "Agreement") linked here. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Agreement between you and Secure Forward. If you do not agree to the terms of the Agreement and this Privacy Policy, please discontinue use of this Secure Forward Sites and its Service and do not provide us with any personal information.
